Phone Guys for construction
Connect the site before the pressure arrives.
BauWatch site security, DMR radios, Starlink, resilient internet, site networks and business telephony — mobilised as one working system.

Mobilisation without fragmentation
The compound, the people and the head office should behave like one business.
A live site cannot wait for five suppliers to decide whose problem it is. Phone Guys brings security, radio, internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, mobile and voice into one mobilisation plan, then keeps the support context as the site changes.
Keep people reachable
DMR radio, mobile and phone-system choices designed around the workforce, geography and escalation routes.
Protect the programme
BauWatch mobile CCTV and connected-site technology introduced as part of the mobilisation conversation, not an afterthought.
Phone Guys × BauWatch
Mobile site CCTV with a complete service behind it.
Phone Guys is a BauWatch reseller and distributor. We can bring BauWatch’s fully monitored temporary CCTV into the same conversation as site internet, networks, radios and communications — giving the project team a clearer route from requirement to live site.
- Options for powered and power-free locations
- Security planning, delivery, installation and 24/7 monitoring through BauWatch
- Temporary, changing and longer-term sites considered
Final security design, delivery timing and monitoring arrangements are confirmed for each site.

Get online before the fixed line arrives
A surveyed mix of Starlink, 4G/5G and point-to-point wireless can connect compounds and welfare units early, subject to survey and service availability.

One site technology plan
From the gate to the group network.
The useful question is not which box to buy. It is how the site will open, change, stay secure, communicate and eventually hand over without losing control of the connections in between.
Perimeter and compound
BauWatch security, gates, cameras and connected operational points.
Site team
DMR radio, mobile, Wi-Fi and phones matched to how people move and escalate.
Head office
Secure access to company networks, cloud systems and central call flows.
Built around the programme
Mobilise fast. Change cleanly. Hand over properly.
Pre-start
Map the compound, coverage, power, programme, security exposure and company systems before the cabins arrive.
Mobilisation
Deploy the most useful immediate route, then bring security, radio, LAN, Wi-Fi and phones online in a controlled sequence.
Live project
Move cameras, expand coverage, add radios and change cabins without losing the service history or ownership route.
Handover or demobilise
Recover temporary equipment, preserve records and transition permanent connectivity or building systems deliberately.
Clear answers
Useful questions before the first conversation.
Can you connect a site before a fixed line is ready?
Yes — in the great majority of cases. We can use 4G/5G, Starlink and, where the geography allows, point-to-point wireless to get compounds and welfare units online before a fixed line arrives. We have connected welfare units in the middle of standing forests, so an awkward location is a design problem rather than an automatic no. We survey coverage, power, sight lines and resilience first, then move to fixed connectivity later only where it improves the permanent solution.
Do you rent as well as sell handheld radios?
Yes. Phone Guys can rent or sell DMR handheld radios, including Hytera and Kenwood options, with the accessories and practical setup considered for the project.
Can the site connect to our office LAN and phone system?
Yes. We can design the site network and connectivity around secure access to the company’s office or cloud environment, and include the site in the wider telephone and call-routing plan.
What does the BauWatch relationship cover?
Phone Guys is a BauWatch reseller and distributor. We can scope the requirement with you and bring BauWatch mobile CCTV and its monitoring/service model into the wider site technology plan.
